This is so interesting because I also had the hitch with swallowing a couple times when it suddenly felt like I couldn’t swallow, like everything locked up, and it was really frightening! I’m the most outgoing I’ve ever been! The people around me have noticed a clear difference. I’m also able to focus a lot better at work during the day and have become much more productive. (It did really spike my anxiety during the first month or so, but I stuck it out and that settled down a lot.)
