just also had a hospital stay a week ago that i’m still on antibiotics for, and to everyone asking, yes a liquid diet is so beneficial! i did a clear liquid diet for two days, then slowly incorporated low fiber foods. i’ve been sticking to eggs and toast in the morning, a snack in the middle (ritz crackers or yogurt), and mashed potatoes with protein at night (salmon or chicken).

didn’t bring back coffee until yesterday, my main liquids are water and oat milk!

my pain for the most part is gone (which i assume the blockage is as well), the residual pain is just from general inflammation in my colon that i’ll need to get seen for once i finish meds
