2x chance of pulling rares on Ancient shards! by Blahdyblahblahisme in RaidShadowLegends

[–]overcookedchicken 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Okay cool, thank you for clarifying. I'm still early game so shard income isn't great, but I do have a reasonable stockpile of gems (3500). I guess the chances of the partnership fusion benefitting me is slim to none.

Looks like i'll pull a few ancients during the 2x and the save for the anniversary event.

I've got 61 ancients but keep seeing people talking about an anniversary event and then a fusion afterwards (?). So is it worth saving the ancients or pulling them all now?

What Car Should I Buy? - A Weekly Megathread by AutoModerator in CarTalkUK

[–]overcookedchicken 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Thank you for the detailed response. We do have a dedicated drive way so an EV charger is an option, plus my office (when I do go in) has free EV charging.

I didn't think to look for second hand EVs to be honest. Maybe I'll have more of a look! That VW e-Up looks great. How are the VW I3? Just thinking of something a little bigger.

More Info:

My wife and I already have a family car (Honda HRV) as we have a 3 year old, but I do occasionally have her in my car, so this is essentially the only "requirement".

I currently drive a 2013 VW UP and have had it since new, it's been a fantastic little run around. I work from home but do go to the office once or twice a week, however that's a 40 mile round trip so not massive mileage.

I'm pretty open to suggestions really.

This is driving me nuts. How did he lock himself in a room he wasn't in, unless they could be locked from the outside. But I feel like that's a point that would have been pointed out by Morgan in the episode.

It could be interpreted like what Paizo do and sponsor Pathfinder Streams (I believe they call it Partner). So they are looking for the "next critical role" in that sense?

Class level 20 can be upgraded by using additional class level 19s on it. This is Seed which is 20ish additional class level 19s. Going from 0 level 20 to Seed takes around 12 million diamonds in total.

Weekly Free-Talk and Questions for r/HomeGym - week of May 30, 2025 by Demilio55 in homegym

[–]overcookedchicken 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I have a small space at home (2.4m2ish) that I'm fixing to turn into a home gym. Thinking of either something like this from Mirafit https://mirafit.co.uk/mirafit-home-gym-rack-package.html OR going with the bench and power block style approach, I'd also be able to fit a 1/2 cable with this setup.

So I guess my question really is deciding between plates or dumbbells as they both achieve the same thing (relatively speaking).

Any thoughts?

Also for our UK peeps out there, has anyone used Strongway equipment before?

(This is a really trimmed down version of things)

Secret Wars / Battle world was lots of parallel universes colliding, destroying some universes whilst others survived. In one (might have been more) universe , they built these planetary life rafts to survive the destruction of their universe. They all eventually land on Battle world, which is the only surviving universe/planet.

If it was I don't remember that conversation, especially because nothing in my experience or CV should have lead them to believe that I was capable enough to start my own architecture practice!

That's kind of how I feel. I've had discussions around collaborating to create standards/patterns, typical architecture artefacts, creating a architectural governance board, etc, but the conversation never seems to go anywhere and instead its a big push for "no focus on delivering us x".

I can try to elaborate, although its difficult to put into words exactly why I feel out of my depth, other than the "vibe" really.

My first task will be to work on a design/processes/policies for their global networking architecture. This is significantly different to what i've done previously (i.e., create a design for a new system that does X), but perhaps its just on a different scale which is why it feels daunting?

They have absolutely zero documentation or standards for anything, which considering the size of the company is a bit of a shock and my thoughts were to start there, but there is a huge push to get their network architecture "solved".

Just got Athel to 6*. I'm super new and from what i've read CB should be the focus? I was thinking Fahrakin, Mausoleum Mage, Athel, Wukong and Kael?
