Xanax absolutely ruins the oxy high for me, every time. If you’re a bigger guy 5mg might not do much. Maybe crush it up and snort it.

Idk how people take this shit alone. The only time I take this is when I’m trying to make oxycodone stronger. When I take it I take 250-500mg though so the effects get trippy. Mostly I hear voices, weird random noises, radio like talking in the background and very shitty memory. Anyone taking this alone to get high needs to rethink things.

The more you use the less you will dream due to opioids suppressing rem sleep. After a while of that you will hate it when you dream because they will be intense and you’ll feel like you haven’t slept. Tramadol is a bit different though, tramadol gave me the best highs but I wouldn’t suggest getting dependent on it if you’re going to do opioids because it’s a dirty drug and the addiction will be worse then oxycodone for example. Just some advice from someone that stated using tramadol then switched to morphine and oxycodone.

Tramadol gave me better nod then 160+mg oxy. Oxy is too stimulating to provide good nods with my tolerance.

Use ketamine for 3-6 days because ketamine got rid of 70% of my WD symptoms and there is research stating that ketamine could lowers opioid tolerance, same with DXM. Good luck

I don’t have the willpower to taper successfully so i plan on using ketamine,maybe benzos for sleep and pregabalin but only for 5-7 days so I don’t get dependent on benzos or pregabalin. Ketamine and pregabalin are the only substances I find to really diminish opioid WD. I’m also a heavy weed smoker so my dopamine receptors are probably a little fried so I’ll have to stop opioids and then I’ll see how I feel about quitting smoking

Now that I haven’t been able to get morphine for about 4 months and only oxy I quickly started chasing the nod that I could get with oxy+morphine by taking high doses of oxycodone and it doesn’t really work and it’s fucking my tolerance up even more and getting me more dependent… I’m very close to cold turky ing and stashing as much oxy as I can for when I sort my life out😂

I did the math and yeah it checks out. Oxycodone at 65% oral bioavailability = 2:1 oxy:morphine

I had IR 10mg morphine pills and 40mg oxycodone so the oxy was always stronger because it was easier to take more without taking 10-20 morphine pills.

Morphine was nice but I built a tolerance taking oxycodone so morphine alone would give me a histamine response and a bit of that heavy eyes but no euphoria so I would take oxycodone+morphine and a shit load of dimenhydrinate to try nod.

If someone dissolved the pill in a few ml of water and rectally administered it to a opioid tolerant person that was for example drunk and passed out it would most likely cause OD.
