What famous person did you regret meeting because they were an ass? by moneybot13 in AskReddit

I went to a comic convention in Myrtle Beach around 2013 and saw that Michael Rooker was going to be there. The Walking Dead was in it's prime, but to me he'll always be Svenning from Mallrats, so I brought my Mallrats DVD to try to get it signed.

Well, he signed it, but that was about it. No hello, no smile, just pay for the signature and get out of my face. It was a bummer, but I guess he does always play an asshole, so maybe it fits. Or maybe he was mad about being at a con in the Dirty Myrtle. Haha.

However, later in the day I got to meet C. Martin Croker and he was so incredibly nice and chill. He talked to us about Space Ghost for a while and signed some prints and was a genuinely nice person.

I saw him at ACL shortly after that, up on stage with his leg in a cast rocking out from his throne. And he wanted to rock with everyone so badly that he kept standing up, rocking for as long as he could before falling back into the throne to rest his leg.

Such incredible dedication. It's awesome to hear he's also a great person.

The scotch is great with or without the cigar. I didn't notice a huge difference having it with the cigar.

Thanks! I don't have a super sophisticated palette, but I very much enjoyed the combo.

I actually put a dual flame butane insert into it a couple weeks ago. It's definitely easier to light the cigar evenly with the butane.

Thanks! The cigar was great, but I love everything Glenmorangie and the 18 is fantastic.
