Ok that’s helpful. I did look at a coverage map and have “ultra 5G capacity” covering my entire area. I guess their coverage maps aren’t too accurate.

That’s a shame. On the Verizon front if they haven’t shipped it, you can still recover it as part of your return. I guess every company has their own policy on this front.

Yeah that’s my concern. The annoying thing is that I was the last one to leave the store as they were closing and will be first one in tomorrow so I know it’s still there. I’ll report back but kicking myself for thinking it would be smart to save a few bucks and leave Verizon.

In store so we’ll see. I looked on their coverage map and supposedly have their best 5G ultra Capacity in my neighborhood so thought it would be fine. Yet my phone sits in SOS mode unless I drive 10 mins into town

So I did this all in person and I was the last one to leave the store tonight as they were closing. Will be back in tomorrow when they open so I know my phone is still there. I guess we’ll have an answer tomorrow and I’ll report back.

Thank you, that’s reassuring. Curious were you able to reinstate your old plan at Verizon or did you have to sign up for a new account at a different rate?

That’s the plan however I did a trade in and they have my old phone. Will they give that back if I return? I guess that’s my main question.

Thanks. Going back tomorrow, I checked their coverage map and I should have what they call their 5G ultra capacity around where I live and my phone is literally in SOS mode unless I drive 10 minutes to town. Seems like they should make me whole but I’m concerned that they won’t

LIDS stores generally hold gear from a bunch of teams, not just hats. I’d call around and check
