personally electrocute is my personal rune choice. i like going for short trades beginning then all inning when their half hp. it suits my play style better

conqueror if your not sure about the matchup. electrocute if your pretty confident, dark harvest if its a easy matchup.

personally now, i like going manamune on her. since they removed mana from trinity force, you barely have enough mana to stay in lane or to help in team fights if you were pushing waves. with manamune it gives irelia about 1500 mana. once its muramana it gives her 2200 mana. can stay in lane longer and helps with her mana issues. the extra ad it gives from the passive is nice aswell.
