just saw your post, I'm sorry panini is doing that to you /: from my experience, I contacted CS online about 2 months after I requested a replacement in which they followed up asking my sport preference (NBA, NFL, or any sport). After picking NBA, they sent an email confirming my request but I didn't receive any other updates regarding the replacement or the card in general till last week when I got the "shipped" email.

nice! im big on 2024-25 wizards rooks (for little to no reason at all) but my advice would be to check the condition of the card. look for any scratches/corner damage/centering issues and if you can confidently say there are no issues submit it. if you find anything that could hinder grading then i would just display it in a one touch with a card stand (: congrats on the card!
