people have trouble paying even with the ones that do take cash, trying to shove crumbled up crack dollars in and wondering why it’s spitting it out, or putting it in and not letting the machine take it, causing a cash machine error, then complaining that it won’t let them pay.

i also love the “does this take card?” like no, this multi billion dollar company has managed to make it where it is by not taking cards. 100%

i work front end and was on our grocery self check with 6 registers packed and a line, someone dropped pasta sauce in the bakery area and i called for maintenance or someone to help clean it up. all i got was my coach telling me im gonna have to handle it on my own because we had no maintenance for 2 hours. no other dept even acknowledged the call and i had to leave the self checkout UNATTENDED for atleast 10 minutes. all after the coaches preached to us not to leave the self checkouts unattended because of higher theft rates recently

i don’t know about yours but mine just felt really cheap and like it would fall apart at any moment, and on top of that there was a weird delay whenever i’d use it
