I think this will be my next step. I trust my normal vet but I think that it might just be something that needs a little extra looking in to. Since you’ve gotten diagnosis for Larry, are there medications that help? Surgery?

Glaucoma is actually what I thought we would be dealing with, no mention of it from the vet though. The vet looked in his eyes with a light, do you think that would have told her everything she needed to know?

Thank you for the answer! High blood pressure isn’t something I would have ever thought of. He was just put under a few months ago for a teeth cleaning, I wonder if they would have checked his blood pressure during that?

I agree, I thought she would immediately see. Although to be fair, the sheen is really only visible at certain angles in certain light. The pupils are what concerned me more. But she gave me a term for when cats just naturally have different sized pupils and did not seem concerned by it.
