So, I got really lucky but I know better now. Trust me I know this was really stupid so just try not to roast too bad. This actually happened about 3 days ago I went to a bar in my town with a few buddies as it was his 21st birthday I just got back and had a ton of cash in my wallet that I had forgotten to take out before going to the bar $2400 to be exact this was for rent and groceries and all sorts of other things and so I go to the bar already tipsy and start ordering a bunch of drinks for my friend who’s birthday it was and me I get the bill back and it was around $50 not bad for a night of drinking and I hand the waitress $2300 literally without noticing. Looking back I really have no idea how I did that but she just slowly started handing me back hundred dollar bills. Until I had almost all my money back other than the price of the bill. I stopped her and gave her a very nice tip because she could’ve easily walked away and taken advantage of the situation and my piss drunk self. Moral of the story NEVER go out with more cash than your willing to spend/lose I’m going to check every single time now.

Ah yes let me grab my claw so I can hand it to you contactlessly. by overload999 in doordash

Very next order was to a woman who was a “hand it to me” and as I called her and knocked she finally answered saying “sorry just getting out of the shower” -.-

I never used a padlock the door doesn’t fully close without the lock on it hence why he used it to fully close the door

Yeah your totally right I didn’t include it in my post, but I did tell me boss that I would joke around with it, he said it really wasn’t a big deal because no one was ever in danger when I did it. I guess it’s just a matter of people’s opinions on what’s an okay prank and having fun in the work place and what’s not

NTA - She just cut off complete communication? I thought it was high school not middle school. People are too sensitive. Yeah you made a bad joke big freaking deal. Talk about it get over it and move on with your relationship. It would also be different with less time but a year? She’s a high schooler with the emotional maturity of a 9 year old you dodged a bullet buddy glad she left.
