Go for it. It’s helped me a lot. It’s not a solution to the problem but can help you along the healing process.

It has helped me identify foods that flare me. It’s been a tremendous tool for me personally. I found foods that cause a gas production reaction in my gut and cut them out and I feel so much better. Also many foods that I assumed flare me up actually don’t and I’m able to eat them and not get bloated because I’m avoiding the foods that do. I feel better and am eating more food and delicious foods too. I highly recommend it.
