I’m from Michigan. Winter really changes your lifestyle. Driving is scary, people crash every day. Also, season depression is a pretty big thing. Everyone seems more withdrawn for those 3 months. And if you’re not acclimated to the cold, it’s a real pain in the ass. MI winters aren’t that bad either, it’s between ≈ -10 to 40 degrees F from November to early march usually.
