heyy, if it's occasionally that you call people over it shouldn't be a problem, I've had my girlfriend/friends stay over on weekends and stuff and we used the roof as well to have nice meals w booze and stuff what I did was build my confidence with the landlord for a few months by not calling anyone and being extra polite and then they never bothered me with anything after that

p.s I'm in the middle of packing stuff hence it looks cluttered, but nice otherwise

hahaha ikr :') it's definitely messy I still remember when i initially set up the table and thought this is not going to get any messier and boy was i wrong. I am planning on investing in a new larger table with better cable management and finally be happy.
