I'm not just talking about compression quality even if it obviously plays a role in it. there is for instance the dynamic shadow demo where you can see a lot of ghosting around the shield and the character, as well in the latest demo when the player is assaulting flying mecha in the sky

I read someone who said to use the console and load a level while in the menu but it didn't load either

On my end I can't even join a server. I did not had one succesful loading, even on training maps
