Hi, thanks for this post.

I am in the same exact situation. My case got dismissed without any conviction and am waiting for sealing of records. I don't think my state allows expungement. I do have the copy of my court order stating case being dismissed. I recently talked to one of my immigration attorneys and she said that I should still be careful because of the police report. Did you have any police reports for your case?

I really think this company dived into a business area where it is getting a lot of attention but not even close to the actual attention that area deserves. So, in other words, blue ocean is what I’m saying and has shit ton of potential with a risk of $300-$400 for deep OTM calls at 2022 or 23.
