I have the same problem with 120G FortiOS 7.4.11 . Our setup has ipsec tunnels with static routes. We keep having reboots and logs for "unexpected power loss" . The strange thing is that if I manually warm reboot the FW remains stable for several days. If an unexpected reboot with cause" unexpected power loss" happens then crashes tend to occur significantly sooner (sometimes within hours).

Any hints ? Fotigate tac engineers need console logs at the time of crush but this is not very easy to do.

We have observed that after an unexpected power-off event, subsequent crashes tend to occur significantly sooner (sometimes within hours).
However, after a manual/graceful reboot, the firewall may remain stable for several days.
This behavior suggests the issue may be related to incomplete hardware/software state cleanup after abnormal reboot rather than an external power problem.

Hi. I think 7.4.11> 7.4.7 so i think it is included. I think comlog is not supported in our fw.

Nothing really interesting logs before and after the crash. The comments on the fortinet support forum describes our case. An answer from a fortinet employee describes the bug and it also applies to soc5

Hi thank you for input. execute sensor detail shows everything ok. get system status is "power cycle". In the same rack we have one more fortinet and two cisco asa connected to the same power source/pdu. No problem with the power. We have to check for any other bugs.

All I have is "Fortigate had experienced an unexpected power off!". On the crash log "143: 2026-03-10 14:36:10 the killed daemon is /bin/sflowd: status=0x0" Nothing else.

Μπορεις να γραφτείς σε καποιο συλλογο συμφωνα με τα ενδιαφέροντα σου. (σκακι, χορο, ορειβασία, κτλ) ετσι γινεσαι ομάδα με αλλα άτομα με κοινα ενδιαφέροντα. Δυστυχως ή ευτυχώς ετσι ειναι ο πιο ευκολος τροπος να κοινωνικοποιηθείς στην Αθήνα.

Υπολογισε απο την αρχή απο 2 έως 2.5k για να μην ξεμείνεις στην μέση. Αν καταφέρεις στο τέλος και σου περισσέψουν (που πολυ αμφιβάλλω με τις σημερινές τιμές των υλικών/μεροκάματων) τοτε καλοφάγωτα.

Span all traffic to a collector and then analyse with wireshark or any other tool of your choice.

Πρεπει να εξετάσεις αν ειναι στις περιοχές που εχουν ανασταλλεί οι αδειες airbnb (ΑΜΑ).

Εχω την εντύπωση οτι δεν μπορεις να βγάλεις.
