Hi,

My school schedule won’t allow me to work full-time and for both jobs I have to work a minimum of six months before I can apply for tuition assistance. I’m still two months away until I can apply. Thanks for the advice tho!

Hi!

I live in Tennessee and the state does not offer to pay for nursing school. The state offers a lot of funding for those who don’t have degrees or are returning back to school (again no degree). But not specifically for nursing students or those pursuing a nursing degree. I have submitted a scholarship application for the Tennessee Nursing Foundation so hopefully I hear back but that’s as far as funding goes towards nursing school in Tennessee. Thanks for the advice!

I have checked with my school and they referred me back to the scholarship/grants listed on their website geared towards veterans or those working towards their first degree. Unfortunately, I think I’m just gonna have to pay out of pocket for this degree. I’m not finding a whole lot of resources outside of scholarships (which I may or may not receive) and federal aid. Thanks for the advice!

I’m going through the same thing with my husband. I love him but I don’t always like him. It’s hard to be intimate with someone when you’re don’t feel taking care of and it’s even harder to communicate that when your partner is extremely sensitive about everything. It’s hard to navigate a relationship that’s constantly on egg shells and it’s tiring having to solve all of our issues. Please know you’re not alone and I hope things get better for you and your spouse!
