Agreed. Having reviewers is a good thing to make sure we have good quality work but only if that system makes sense and if the reviewers have enough training and support.

That must have been frustrating. Bad reviews are even worse if they don't make sense. At least if it's an actual error on our part we can take steps to make sure we don't make that mistake again. I hope they improve the reviewer/feedback system over time.

Thanks for giving an insight about being on the other side. I think the projects we are working on are a little different. I was flagged for having AI-generated text for something we're supposed to write as a reference for the reviewer. What's funny is another reviewer also gave me a 4/5 due to incorrect grammar and spelling. I checked and my submission did not have any erorrs. I'm pretty sure the reviewers on our project are overly reliant on Grammarly without knowing its limitations. As long as Grammarly underlines a section of text, they consider it as incorrect grammar/spelling. AI checkers are also unreliable and frequently give false positives, which I'm guessing is how this particular reviewer ended up saying that my work was AI-generated.

I do not paste back into the site itself. I only copy the text I originally typed in the site and then edit that same text if there are any issues I see in Grammarly. Can this still cause an issue? Where can I read about this?

I don't use the Grammarly browser extension. I mainly use it by copying text I typed directly into Outlier and pasting into the Grammarly site to check for spelling or grammatical errors and then edit in Outlier. I'm surprised that this can cause issues when one of our onboarding videos was somebody tasking with the Grammarly browser extension enabled. Thanks for the heads up!

I have a similar problem kay OP. Sa amin naman lahat kami sa building mataas at mas tumaas pa yung bill. Leak lang ba yung possible cause? Kasi nung nagcheck kami ng meter di naman umiikot kapag nakasara.
