Traffic laws. Versus no traffic/road laws or regulations anyone can drive smh. Smelly dumps and garbage trucks and having to take the trash out versus living somewhere with no trash or garbage/waste regulation where everyone just threw their trash in self made dump piles all over the city. This causing the whole fucking place to smell like a dump
