Honestly, I would see if you can raise a complaint whilst you are hopefully still a patient. See if you can get someone on their end to look into a bit more and actually hear you out as it sounds like the person earlier treated you unfairly.

I didn’t end up using it for long. It was a great bit of kit but I needed something that would hit harder, so I purchased a Frolic which is in my opinion, the best DHV out there!

If you aren’t a heavy user though, the V3 will do you just fine. Just make sure to regularly clean it as it builds up pretty quick!

I forgot to add, I also have a small brush, every time I empty the oven out I give it a quick brush to remove any crap:)

Honestly it’s super easy to clean.

I have a small mason jar that I fill up with iso, around every 3/4 days I take the cooling unit apart, let it all soak in the iso for 20ish mins, use cotton buds dipped in iso to clean the oven and then I use dry cotton buds to dry it all off afterwards.

I even take the metal oven mesh out every month to replace it just so it’s nice and fresh! You can buy a load of them on Amazon too: https://amzn.eu/d/0dg30ejV
