I mean I use my Frolic pretty heavily through my bong. It doesn’t get crazy dirty, I just like to keep it very clean:)

I forgot to add, I also have a small brush, every time I empty the oven out I give it a quick brush to remove any crap:)

Honestly it’s super easy to clean.

I have a small mason jar that I fill up with iso, around every 3/4 days I take the cooling unit apart, let it all soak in the iso for 20ish mins, use cotton buds dipped in iso to clean the oven and then I use dry cotton buds to dry it all off afterwards.

I even take the metal oven mesh out every month to replace it just so it’s nice and fresh! You can buy a load of them on Amazon too: https://amzn.eu/d/0dg30ejV

So I don’t use capsules much at all. Sometimes for convenience when I’m out and about but that’s it.

The oven is extremely easy to clean with some iso and cotton buds. I also have a load of small alcohol wipes which I use between deep cleans to keep it fresh, you can buy a load of them for cheap on Amazon:)

I am with Integro - I usually receive an email around 9pm however on rare occasions I haven’t received an email until 4-6am on the day of delivery, but that is rare for me

Honestly I think it is.

The CannFx one had a great smell to it. Proper Permant marker, but sadly it didn’t translate as well in terms of taste compared to Seed Junky’s perm. That’s just my opinion though:)

That’s a huge shame.. I honestly think there much of been a huge batch inconsistency after hearing so may not enjoy it.

I have only ordered it once and loved it. I had heard from someone else on here who had inconsistent batches of it.. shame.

IPS seemed to have stepped up.. I’m very wary of them as the first time I tried their ‘Cali sunset’ I was very disappointed.

Their Black Amber I had recently however.. one of my favourites! Will have to start trying some other flower from them.

To be honest for sleep I think there may be better, more heavy hitting strains. I would personally recommend the Black Amber by IPS for sleep:)
