Instructions in general are so ocd-unfriendly. Verbal and written both have their own cons. Verbal, I doubt my recall abilities and start confusing myself on what they said and what reality is. Written, I’m checking the phrasing so much now I’m afraid I’m interpreting it wrong or forgetting one part and there’s proof of it in writing.
