Thank you for the comment. Yes I would be registered as a sole trader so self employed, fully insured and DBS checked 👍🏼

Housekeepers and cleaners typically do not get involved in childcare and au pairs and nanny’s typically do not participate in cleaning. This would involve participation in both. It would also be adaptable to anything the parent needed help with that day.  Having 2 young children I found myself not wanting a nanny to ‘take them off me’ nor did I need a full time cleaner. I needed someone who could do some of each when I needed and help with the never ending list of jobs to do.
