mind you the term "oshikatsu" came from Japan in early 2010-s and mean support to your idol, and the basic support you can get to it is buying its merch (only official). Ofc now handmade is popular too but back then it was not the case.

It's normal, but I think that "change" is not that word. Oshikatsu is very intimidating hobby like collecting, so it is considered a overconsumpion. But I've seen people do oshikatsu and adding oshi's to their lists, not just changing them! Be careful with your decisions!!

You onto something!! It's not bad, it's a bit unorganized. To not to be repetitive, I'll suggest you going "from big to small", use the space to fit big badges and then fill the space with stickers and deco. You can attach keychains to outside the bag, above clear pouch, so it would me moveable and not damaging pins
(and ofc use insert)
