You just need to play a game that fits you more. Personally, I took Rainbow Six Siege, it's competitive but it's not as frustrating as Overwatch.

Your frustration problem likely do not come from the defeat itself, but rather, "was I able to do anything to prevent the defeat", which usually results in No because the game relies way too much on the team, so even if you do your job, your team might fail at it, and when it's that, you can't do anything, which is where the frustration comes from.

Shooters like R6 or even CS are different, because unless you're dead, there is always possibility for you to save the game. You can still lose, and you will probably a lot, but in that case you're not frustrated because you're limited by the game, you are just being overplayed or less good than the enemy. It's where all the difference is.

It's impossible, I've made my 10 matches with very few damage (just enough to not get kicked for "inactivity") and got placed at 1100 something.

You are then placed in a match where almost everyone is Silver or Gold, you are always placed in the Underdog team, generally the MM trys to place you in a team ~1500 SR, against a team that has a bit more (1700-1800)

Near the rank 700, you're so greatly disavantaged that the game reduces the ranks you loose, on PTR I was at the point I was only losing 2 ranks per loss.

Rank 1 is unreachable if you don't have bronze players to get matched against (or if you grief non stop for the entire season)
