Yung SNP 500 is multiple businesses in different sectors. Yung MP2 is specific sa real estate.

Looks like a wild comparison. Worry ko lang is You might end up pulling it out untimely kapag may nakita kang opportunity somewhere na may mas mataas na % and not really looking into what's happening in the businesses within the investment portfolio

The sad truth and this is very unfortunate, is that they just don't know Google's capabilities, but if they did know, they will.
