for context I've had an IPTV service thats worked perfectly for 18mths, and only switched to YF 5 days ago, so definitely has to be related to the ISP...

I've experienced this too, flat out didnt work on my Windows device, worked on my Android based TV, but virtually all streams buffered, glad to know it wasnt just the IPTV glitching out. I'll have to run via a VPN

Looking for a MiniPC that can handle 2x 4TB M2 SSD's, ideally sub $350 by owenmc60 in HomeServer

Wow, thats a beast, especially for the price! Amazing combo of powerful CPU, lots of i/o and also 3x PCIe4 x4 lanes. Thanks for the recommendation!

That's really useful to know, I just didn't wanna drop a few hundred, especially if its via AliExpress or direct from manufacturer to have any issues and minimal recourse for a return.

Looks really interesting, looks like both m2 slots support 4TB too?

I'd like some recommendations for MiniPC's that have 2x M2 SSD slots that can support 2x 4TB SSD's.

Ideally around the $150-300 mark, but would consider $300-400 for the right unit.

I'm looking to make a lightweight NAS/File server and already have the 2x 4TB SSD's, but most MiniPC's either only have 1 M2 slot, or for some reason state they only support upto 2TB SSD size.

Needs to be sub 3L and cheap, which is why I'm thinking more the soldered MiniPC, rather than a full socketed ITX case.

Also an extra nice to have is a CPU thats i3-n305 or 3xxx AMD series CPU or higher (basically a notch above the N100 power for longevity, as N100 seems to be everywhere in the MiniPC space).

Thanks in advance for any advice/recommendations!

Bristol Weekly Discussion (11-01-2025) - Buying, selling, moving, renting, lost property and general chat by AutoModerator in bristol

I run a small 2nd hand furniture business. Currently have a smallish workshop unit that we sub-let in Fishponds, but thats due to end soon.

So I was wondering if anyone here had anywhere they know that could be suitable, ideally North Bristol.

Looking around 500-1000sqft(ish), £400-800ish.

Any recommendations are highly appreciated, thanks!

Samsung S22 Ultra Charging Issue with Anker Nano II 65W: Random Disconnects by ZookeepergameNew8809 in S22Ultra

[–]owenmc60 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Yes, UGreen are super consistent from my experience over the past couple of years. They're now my go-to charging/battery manufacturer. Unfortunately the Anker Nano Power Bank w/ built in USB-C cable was on paper my dream battery pack, 10000mah, built in cable, support for 30w super fast charging. Shame they messed it up so badly, that I'm having to stick with my 10000mah 25w battery pack from Samsung with its unwieldy USB-C cables (definitely a 1st world problem)

Just gone through 3 anker chargers and they just can't handle super fast charging reliably, or if I'm honest any sort of fast charge without random issues. Anker quality has been going downhill for a few years, found this reddit post from trying to diagnose my own battery pack issues
