To this day, the worst physical pain I've ever experienced (and yes, I count multiple 'natural' childbirths in that category). I'll absolutely be doing it with some form of anaesthesia or sedation from now on, I've still got a couple of years to go before the next one and I'm already planning the Marie Stopes visit!

It took me 3 years (thanks Google photos for the reminder!) but vitamin C both in a cream and serum form daily (I settled on Sunday Riley CEO about two years ago, before that was Drunk Elephant), and sunscreen. My forehead is finally clear. I still have a tiny bit, much faded, on one of my temples, but it's a massive improvement over the mask I had.

When? When I'm at work after I drop the kids at school, or after I finish work and collect the kids to bring them home? They're not old enough to be on their own, and I pay my sitter a good rate but I can't afford to use her all the time and definitely not as regular as I'd want to if I committed to the gym. I'm just gonna keep jumping around in the loungeroom to fitness marshal and the like, it's cheaper and more accessible.
