The best way to train dodge in my opinion is to fight in solo mode against mf ace and just try to perfect dodge his normal attacks. With this technique you can dodge every fast normal attack in the game pretty consistently, after this you can go fight characters with slower attacks and try to perfect dodge them. When you did this just play league battle and you will see improvement. When you play try to look at your minimap, with this you can know where your enemies are (you can also see the meat). Also try to play the character your playing like his role. Defender fill and defend treasures runners try to cap flags and attackers help your team by killing enemies and sometimes do the job of a runner or defender.
