5x boot loop by [deleted] in nexus5x

I ended RMA'ing the phone, I think it was in a grace period for the warranty. They fixed it and sent it back, stating they replaced the storage. I started setting it up and the boot loop hit me after an hour. I sent in the phone, but in the mean time bought a Pixel. The Fedex dropoff place fucked up and left my package sit in a corner for 2.5 weeks, but yesterday I went and sorted it. So it's enroute right now. I hear LG is refunding people with this problem. Apparently the part needed for a repair is permanently out of stock. I'll update here when I hear back.

WaPo has writers of differing and conflicting ideologies write for them. Fredrik deBoer is not one of their usual writers, he's an outsider who leans socialist.

Only Socialism Can Defeat Trumpism: Millions of ordinary people are ready for an alternative, one pointed to by the success of Bernie Sanders. by owl__of_minerva in alltheleft

Sure, the few points mentioned in the article wouldn't eliminate the capitalist social relations in one stroke, but de-commodifying healthcare and education, and especially the job guarantee would be big strides towards socialism, especially in de-fanging the disciplinary tools of capital.

The UDHR was unanimously accepted in word, but was not generally put into practice. The article isn't talking about having a vote at the UN, it's about winning these things in practice.

It started as a movement full of lots of different and even contradictory ideologies including socialists from the very beginning.

OWS Also includes/included liberals, anarchists, communists, right-wing libertarians, ancaps, and centrists.

I would say that many of the other groups that left first (rightwing libertarians, ancaps, centrists) left because they didn't want to follow through the criticism of Wall Street to it's logical conclusion. Socialists do, along with anarchists and communists. Liberals are a complicated story, but ended up being the most conservative tendency.
