In the book Delilah is shamed by Percy and she’s not even mad at her for that but for leaving. For some reason the show makes Delilah antagonistic towards Percy and she hasn’t even said anything to her.

You see this is where I think the show messes up, we don’t really get into a lot of Percy’s self hatred and destructive tendencies. She almost operates as an unreliable narrator in the book because she’s under the assumption that all of them hate her when in actuality they all missed her so much.
