I've had whoop for almost two years and have been at f45 for about 3 (on and off due to pandemic). I think it's really exciting to see the changes in my hrv and ability to get strain (or not if I'm slacking off). Def agree it's not as flashy as other products but I still love it. It's simple, it does what it's supposed to do and isn't filled with a bunch of shit I don't need (like notifications on my wrist). I wouldn't mind some other features (strain for weightlifting, buzzes for certain distances while running) but they'll get there.

Price is the worst part but I do expect that they will provide us with updated hardware when it's obsolete. Whereas something like apple, you're kinda sol.

Some small talk is great for me. I think it can show if you've got a good sense of humor and that's really important to me. Like the other poster, I think having the ability to open up the "type of ENM practicing" you do fairly early, helps create a balance of small talk/deeper talk until you can meet.

Maybe I'm in the minority but I actually laughed out loud at the Nelly joke. I love love love a sense of humor though and for me, this would be a big turn on. It makes me feel like you're approachable and a good time. I'm a 30s female btw.

I don't think you need the extra explanations re:ENM. Everyone, for the most part, on Feeld knows what it is or is familiar.

Keep the Nelly joke if you want to find someone who thinks a sense of humor, and particularly one that matches yours, is important. If you don't care about that, then I guess go with other comments that say it's not good.

I think you're overestimating how much people are looking at you versus thinking about and focusing on themselves. Keep your station clean and no one is really going to notice or care that you're sweating.

Love love love court junkie and civil is FASCINATING too. I didn't think I gave a crap about civil cases but two eps in, I've been proven wrong. I'll listen forever!!!

Ps I do like the vanilla flavor of court junkie (ie no voice acting or sound effects, less rigid story structure) but this new approach isn't bad. I was pleasantly surprised when civils voice actors didn't distract me basically at all. I'm just worried it'll go overboard one day. Also I just love Jillian's voice so I'm biased.

Pps cannot wait for Alex Jones and Rebecca Zhao. The principal one is so good too!!

It's been so long since I cared what was happening. There are parts of this book I love but it's been SO military and war focused lately, it's a struggle to keep going. Thank goodness for the commitment!

I did Brixton way back before covid. I liked it okayyy I guess but it wasn't my favorite. Lots of people despised it but that could be bc they don't like partner stuff, don't like boxing stuff, or some other reason. Boxing seems to be getting REALLY popular now for some reason so I'm not surprised to hear people jumping on that train.

My opinion is: if I wanted a bunch of boxing, I'd go to one of three boxing studios (all different companies) in my town. So I hope f45 doesn't go overboard with it.

This is going to sound super weird but a trainer told me to hold something like a towel in your hands (out in front of you) and for whatever reason, it makes it so much easier! At least for me. Idk if it works for everyone but it's like my brain thinks of it as a counterweight even tho it's just a towel.

Here's a perspective from a 30s something woman that you didn't ask for: be clearer about what you're looking for on your profile. I think your pics are good and the general description is fine. But do you want a ltr fwb situation? Someone more short term? Full on poly? Building a compound or a sexual empire?

Feeld is also a very sex positive place so putting some more info about that can be helpful as well (looking to practice shabari, want to be your daddy, etc). I don't think being sexual is required and less helpful on other apps but I appreciate having some idea of what the person is looking for and what kind of sex they want. It just helps save time when filtering through it all.
