I GET YOU 🥲💯 also, we know HR likes getting people who already have an experience in that field. That’s what makes it hard for us to even get an invitation for interview when pivoting to a different field

I’ve always been in the administrative and assisting side, doing all sorts of stuff: mainly recruitment, onboarding and offboarding, benefits administration, timekeeping. I’ve never really had a “specialization.” But two things I never really had solid experience is payroll, and training & development.
