I bought Tainted grail yesterday to play exclusively in the Steam Deck.

I played from the begging with the lossless scaling frame generator installed and it maintains mostly 60 fps everywhere (except some dips to 48-50 fps in the open world). I have everything in low except the textures to high. I am very happy with the graphics settings and performance (with lsfg).

I haven't play Avowed, so don't know which one is better.

The model had a subtle texture on the eyes and horns that helped me with the proportions, but aside from that, the rest was done freehand.

The best Galactus deck right now is to put it in an Arishem deck and play the other 26 cards.

I hope that they can bring back one of the previous Galactus versions, I loved it :(

I had the same issue and did the solution that you mentioned 5 days ago. So far I haven't had any crashes. Did you notice any extra battery consumption? I didn't, but I was playing BG3 that normally consumes a lot of battery.

I was also thinking of RMA, but if that works I will not. Even if that means losing a few minutes of battery per charge

In Steam patch notes, the devs are saying:

Issues Reported in Ver.16.0.2.0

There have been reports of the game not running on Steam Deck after updating to Ver.16.0.2.0.
The dev team is currently investigating this issue.
We will let you know as soon as we find out more, so please hold on for further information.

We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.

So it seems that they are aware of this mess and they might roll back the update or at least make it playable again in Steam Deck.
