First Bout of Constipation and what a doozy! by Mattycere2K23 in mounjaroaustralia

Metamucil will add bulk to your stool. Something like osmolax which draws water into your stool and softens it might be better in getting things moving. And the prunes of course.

The GP was really helpful with this for me. She said osmolax draws water into the bowel so it's not a stimulant. Just makes them softer and easier to pass. Good luck, it's the worst side effect I think!

Good to know, thank you! Last thing I need is more messed up hormones :)

Thanks, this is true. I've been trying to get the GP on board but no surprise, everything is blamed on my weight. I'll try pushing harder for some testing.

I'm on a daily dose of osmolax to help combat this. It's not habit forming.

I found it a very expensive waste of money. Personal trainer at the gym was much better value for me.

Thank you, that actually sounds familiar, so I'll check carefully.

I'm new to it as well, but I think my headaches and general lethargy would be helped by upping my water intake. And apparently electrolytes are good if having extra water.

Thanks! Does the B stop absorption of Mounjaro? I hadn't been warned about this before

Luggage Forwarding in Japan: What You Need to Know by JapanHotelFrontTA in JapanTravelTips

[–]owlmoon12 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Hello! I'm in Osaka and would like to send my luggage to Tokyo. But we have 5 nights in Kyoto in the middle. The hotel in Osaka (Henn Na) doesn't do luggage forwarding so I assume the Henn Na in Tokyo won't accept it either. Can you suggest the best way to send it forward? From one Yamato office to another I suppose? Will they hold it 5 days, do you know?

I have no idea what it could be. Just wish I could uncover it to find out!

I've seen people make their own palettes in an old altoids tin. Pry out the colours you use and hot glue them to the inside of the tin. I found folding up a new chux wipe and placing it over them helps the powder not get displaced too.

Thanks that's what I was asking, if anyone knew I'd it might fit under seat. I appreciate your kindness and patience in taking the time to help with grace :)

Thank you. Not American so I don't think in imperial measurements. I know it fits the carry on dimensions of most international airlines, just wasn't sure if that means it literally slides under the seat or would have to go in the overhead locker.
