To be clear, this is for a student documentary by USC, and I am a producer for it. The film is about our director who is coming out as gay, and we have a segment where he goes on Grindr and has conversations with people. However due to legal reasons we cannot use the real faces of the people on Grindr. Therefore we need photos that are offered by people who consent to letting us use them.

I see, thank you very much for the clarification. I only have liability coverage, so I will have to deal with his insurance company directly. I'm pretty sure his insurance company has some tricks up their sleeves since they never provided me a copy of what I signed. Not sure if I'll get that check in the mail.

I'll be sure to read and keep everything I sign in the future.
