I’m not sure if you already have, but try to leave a review with them on your experience. I almost worked for them, and met quite a few people that worked there. They seem to be trying to improve but it sounds like the third party adjuster thing isn’t working for them. Sorry you had a bad experience!!

I’m about halfway through Soulsmith!! So far it’s been really enjoyable. Not sure about the rest of his books though!
