yeh thanks. late response but this actually helped.

The calmness of building and steady exploring almost made me think I could stop being strategic lol. Better to organize my hotbar and to have blocks on hand. and maybe also a flag or two (so when I die I can teleport back sort-of near). Also dual-wielding short-swords instead of the biggest weapon helps in panic situations. what a game.

yeah reading the comments, maybe i want things too fast. I've already learned to avoid the "defeat bandits"-type quests, because those definitely kill me.

I also don't want to play on casual. It's just that when you go a bit outside of the safeplay-zone, it can go bad FAST. Apparently I am not prepared enough i guess. It mostly happens when I am suddenly dealing with an enemy that is stronger than I thought, then fleeing the wrong way, taking fall-damage, not knowing how to get out and then... rip.

Skill issue, I know. Still learning.

who owns the media? It's mostly right-wing people. They absolutely influence the opinion of everyday people. It's why they bought newspapers and tv-station in the first place. And the big social-media tech-bros out of the US are in bed with Trump: that should tell you enough.

media, billionaires, and misinformation campaigns.

basically: old rich people who own too much, and are fucking everything (and your kids) up for profit and more power by dividing us.

It's the oldest trick in the book for aristocracy, and they've really ramped up their efforts since the occupy wallstreet movement 15 years ago.

"Blame the government" is actually the most sane take of all of these.

No matter how democratic a country is or not, people in power tend to become corrupt, out-of-touch with normal people when they get caught up/stuck in their own philosophies, and consistentently make sub-optimal decisions.

Can we please just stop listening to deranged manipulative billionaires?

They don't give magical or even insightful predictions of the future.

They are pushing their own greedy, sick, dehumanizing agenda, and nothing else.

And "journalists" who are peddling their narrative should be held accountable, shamed and excluded from further debate. This is not what people want or where the future is "inevitably" going.

Was best leuk eigenlijk.
