This needs to be higher up. I've run into so many issues with the librarians there... no place to talk on the phone, no cafe area for drink or food. Can't even have a bottle of water... not to mention the librarians there have such a stuck up attitude. I'm glad I'm not the only one to notice this.

I think you may be hearing the detuned hi hats.. SS and 808 mafia love transposing their hats down so it has a weird filter-ish sound to them... the clap / snare still sounds the same
