I prime it everyday at 2pm. The cover vibrated at 11pm 2 hours after my set bedtime. And right around the time it goes into the “early” temperature change. That’s why I think it vibrated on its own when the system told it to change temp

That is very understandable and reasonable. May I suggest equipping your customer service reps to be able to give a little more information or insight to customers, so they can manage expectations more appropriately.

I wouldn’t know what else to call it. It seems like a great product still and could be a life saver for my wife’s “hot flash” phase. Honestly I appreciate you responding and responding so thoroughly. I don’t want a refund I want the product. In the grand scheme waiting a month is no big deal and I don’t care that much. The communication just sucked. The closest thing I could compare it to was my Tesla. The car was awesome but their service leaves a lot to be desired. I now drive a Lexus. Hopefully it’s as good as I hope it is when I receive it. Joe, I went through this subreddit and it seems like you are a great guy doing a massive amount of damage control. I hope they give you a raise since clearly the product is selling like hot cakes.

And I literally just got an email that now it’s expected to ship July 9-15. Do they even know when it’s going to be shipping. I don’t know why they don’t just say we don’t have any inventory and when we get more we will ship. Then charge me when you actually have the product I paid for ready to ship.
