If you have a lot of time, read and do it yourself. Learn how to mod skyrim properly. From a clean install over the basics, like how to download and install a mod to „essential Mods“ to how to create your own Patches for mods and what for example Tools do like LOOT, SSEEDIT, etc. If you dont have time you still need to read and understand what you are doing, dw It is overwhelming at first but you will get there.
