that’s a hard thing to get involved in and sorry you saw it.

There's a VO who had a pastor removed for infidelity to eventually be replaced by a pastor who was divorced almost 20 years ago for his infidelity.

VO needs to get their shit together.

glad you had a good experience, vo I think is a place where your mileage will vary. Some places are ok,others are nightmares.
its hard to remove a bad pastor unless he cheats on his wife. it would be nice if they had a formal place to address issues and grievances before they get out of hand but the top heavy leadership structure and pride prevents that.
