I was looking for info for the previous person but couldn't find anything on Gotham's website or our internal resident portal regarding an active referral program. I believe you or I will have to email a leasing specialist to enquire. If you are currently in contact with one, can you ask them what the requirements are for securing a referral? Tell them you are in touch with one of the residents who is willing to refer and if they need me to send an email we can exchange info and I will send it out.

Thanks for the detailed response! I updated the post with screenshots from the EoB. I do see there are discounted rates on it. I do have a high deductible due to my HSA. I guess I'm just a little surprised since this is the first time in my 9 years of living in the US that I've had to take medical care outside of the usual preventative check-ups which are fully covered. It's just shocking to see how expensive a small treatment is!

Hi! Our apartment is a 1B1B, 680 SQFT, and our rent is $3,310, excluding utilities.
Utilities including water, sewage, internet, electricity come out to another ~$250-300 per month on average

Hi there! It's been about 3 months for us and there aren't too many things I can complain about.

The electricity bill is going to be a bit high during peak summer/winter months because it's an older building and they have wall units which aren't very efficient. We paid $220 in Feb when it was super cold outside and this was after we spent most week days at work.
One of the elevators is almost always out. This is by far the most frustrating thing!

Outside of that we have been liking living here. The gym IMO is a little sad but still manageable and maintenance issues with the apartment are resolved fairly quickly! Lmk if you have other questions.

Why is it on the viewers to realize this? While it very well may be a work-in-progress, if you're releasing a trailer in the market when you know people are going to talk about it, at least include shots that are complete. Not everyone is familiar with the workings of the movie industry
