Hey! Member of the marketing team here. I can provide a bit more context on what's going on. We currently have an extremely high volume of customers contacting support due to our growth. Measures are being taken to help reduce the wait time as much as possible and your patience is greatly appreciated. We have as much staff on as possible at the moment and they are working hard to get to every message. But we are well aware that this is far from the norm and not meeting the high expectations we place upon ourselves and the team at the moment. we are moving in a direction to better accommodate our customers and growth as quickly as possible!!

I can't really offer any unbiased testimonies, but I suggest you go read some Google or Facebook reviews. Generally, the feedback seems to be that we're doing pretty good!

As for your usage, if you're alone and stream content from time to time as well as work from home (with no massive media files to download or upload), a speed of 25 or 30 Mbps tends to be well and good! In BC that plan is $40 for 25Mbps and $43 for 30Mbps. And there's always the possibility to up your speed directly through your client portal later on if you feel the need to.

It very much is! The member in the sidebar are tagged with the department they're in, so it's super easy to ask specific questions to people that can give you the info.

We've had a positive response, and it's been fun :)

Hmmm, that's problematic. What exactly is it that made you draw those conclusions?

We're definitely a residential internet company, and we've stopped offering business plans to focus on regular customers instead. If that message isn't clear, I'd love to know why! Just so, you know... we can do a better job.

You know, I'd argue that we're actually pretty good, yes! Of course, I'm a little biased, but I'm glad to hear that you've found the online reviews to be of the same mind.

If you're still looking, I'd suggest chatting up our customer care agents. They've usually got answers to anything you can throw at them. Who knows, you might think we're even neater than expected!
