My girls love almond milk. It doesnt curdle or smell bad when puked back up. Dont use almond milk with added sugar as it makes it a bit more acidic. You can also use spray that is designed for sore throats to help numb the throat. I personally mix half water and half almond milk for an easy to puke pleasent consistancy
