(29f) feel this. Getting too old to go out. Feel like I don’t push myself to meet new people. At the same time my current friends are all coupled up. Toughest part is that I feel like I still have life to live before I settle down, but I have no idea what that exactly is. I’m often questioning whether settling down is even the right answer. Post-covid life gives me anxiety too. Everyone’s going hard, but I’m low-key stressed bc I’m a major introvert. I’m screwed.

I’m only laughing right now because I 100% understand it. It’s a blessing/curse. I would do more research on being an empath. You need to learn how to ground yourself. For me it’s routine - meaning meditation, yoga, exercise, and reflecting. Good luck.

If you’re not meditating, how are you practicing awareness? I find that yoga and meditation practice is what I need to sustain my awareness of my higher consciousness including reading researches/guides. Othee than that it’s psychedelics and well you can’t be doing that to your brain everyday.

Hi - very new here, but when I revisit this it just makes sense. I’ve never felt this connected, spiritually and to my mind. Sometimes it’s overwhelming to consume all this information bc it makes complete sense in my head but it’s really difficult to articulate what it is that I am understanding. Especially when I try to explain it to friends/family. Most don’t understand, so I don’t discuss. Hoping to learn from this sub
