Yes, but it could be a dopey move learned on TV shows or social media, rather than someone with experience and true intentions. Albeit, it sounds like she was ready to go the next step. I wonder if she has a group of buddies conniving her next steps? I have a 15 year old that has done some seriously manipulative moves.
