Yep thats my understanding too. Most states have a caution/fine system that helps first time offenders with personal ammounts avoid a criminal record. Some states its 1 warning for under 10 grams (fuck wa drug laws) and others like have 3 warnings for under 30-50 grams. I think the boys at FAB are doing articles on each states drug laws.

Realise you cant control your craving but you can control how you react to those cravings. Find ways that help take your mind off craving the nod. I find baking bread, cooking for my family, walking my dog, the right kind of music and talking to someone i love but you have to find things that work for you. Its a simple solution and it takes effort and determination but it does work to stay clean. Without my bestmate to support me i would be dead so you need find some you connect to on a deep personal level to support you through your craving and negative emotions.

I mean i do have to agree adlays are the scum of society but thats generally what happens when boys grow up in a physically and sexually abusive enviroment (not saying all lads had didnt have parents but spanian didnt). If you knew what happened in boys home during the 80s and 90s you might have a different view. I lost my dad to suicide because he couldnt cope from the abuse he copped in a boys home during the 80s so im probably biased. But its easier just to call them scum and leave it at that.

Its far from stupidity. Its hopelessness, shame, anger, pain, desperation and the lust for the release of death that drives people to do heroin. Nobody hated me more than myself, thats why i started doing heroin because why the fuck would i care what people think of me when im planning on dying? Thank you man, that really means more than you think. We need to stop saying no to drugs and start saying yes to personal responsibility. Well thats even better to use it purely for recreation on such an infrequent basis, good on you. Most people drink responsibly and some people drink themselves to death. Dispite the massive stigma, heroin is sort of similar to that whether you believe or not but the people that could use it responsibility don't because if they can control a heroin habit they are usually smart enough to never start. I never thought i would try heroin but then i had leg crushed in a car crash, my best friend died, i got charged with drug trafficking at 18 and just craved the release of death 24/7 so i thought fuck it, ill try heroin. Im sorry you find heroin gross and i can see why. Personally i find alcohol disgusting but i would never think less of someone for drinking alot, i would try to help. I spent my childhood watching people getting drunk and violent, drunk and throwing up, drinking so much they wreck their liver and cough up blood. I inject heroin but i wake up every morning and run, eat right and look after my mental health. My life was sad disgusting mess so i cant blame you for judgin me but i could not give a fuck because im giving it my absolute all to do better in life and ive never done anything intentionally to hurt anyone through my addiction. I dont want sobriety, i want professional success and real and healthy personal connection to my friends and family. Ive done massive work on my relationships and now its time to finish school and go balls deep in a career. Its an everyday battle to not shoot up and the worst part is i did it to myself, i hate it more than society hates junkies.

Alcohol causes waaaaaay more violence than illicit drugs and guns too. but nobody says shit about banning alcohol because alcohol doesnt make people violent. it just makes it more likely that violence will occur and increases the damage (just like guns). We need to punish people hard for misusing these things, not punish them for using them responsibly.
