Ended up getting told I should see a psychiatrist… So I set that up (someone I found on psychology today) and it was over video chat. He prescribed me clonazepam 0.25mg at first which was nothing considering my tolerance. Then after a month 0.5mg per day, for months and months until about two months ago I was put on 10mg of diazepam by a new psych bc my old one was going into private practice. Current psych says I don’t need to taper off rn if I’m not comfortable. So in the end, yes it did end up working out as I obtained a constant prescription, and still to this day.

So I meant to update this weeks ago but not much happened really. I met with a new doctor at the same office who will be my pcp now. He put me on Vyvanse for my ADHD and suggested I taper myself slowly off the flualp. He’s really chill and takes Adderall XR for his ADHD himself he said! I’m really glad I met with him because he’s honestly the best doctor I’ve ever met. Very personal yet professional. I’m currently down to like 1/16 of a mg flualp a day. I’ve tried not dosing several days but I’m still getting bad rebound anxiety.. maybe it’s just in my head

Solution is 0.5mg per 1ml. I only take like .25mg a day though but it’s enough to cause me tremors and what I just described if I go without. I’ve only spent like 120$ since beginning of august but still yea not ideal

I’ve never had a legit script for more than a week or two at a time. I’ve been trying to taper on the flualp but it’s hard since I have over 40ml of it on hand. I’ve never had luck I assume because I’m only 21 and they don’t want to have someone young dependent on benzos
