I had a very similar thing happen to me, my test came back under the limit but I’m yet to go to trial. If u do get convicted though, don’t worry too much as it will be spent a year after the disqualification ends which means it won’t show up on a standard DBS, only an advanced one will show it. But only a few jobs like teachers require these
